Overview

Backfill Construction Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Assistant Mechanical Estimator looking to build a long-term career within Mechanical Building Services.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced estimators, developing your estimating knowledge while supporting bids across a wide range of construction projects.

Responsibilities

Assisting with preparation of mechanical estimates.
Reviewing drawings and tender documentation.
Obtaining supplier quotations.
Supporting senior estimators throughout the tender process.
Developing estimating and commercial knowledge.

Requirements

Mechanical or Building Services background.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Eagerness to develop within estimating.

This role offers excellent long-term progression within a growing business.

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
