About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a professional and highly presentable Security Officer in bicester for one of our logistics customer/client. This is a frontline role where you will be expected to demonstrate a strong physical presence, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular foot patrols and site inspections
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide a visible deterrent and ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
Person Specification:
- Excellent standard of spoken, written, and reading English
- Physically fit and able to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours per shift
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly
- Smart appearance and high standard of personal presentation
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering a professional service
Technical Requirements:
- Current and valid SIA Security Licence (essential)
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in the warehouse/logistics security industry in a frontline role
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work full-time hours without restriction
- Own transportation and ability to work shift patterns (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00)
