Summary
To carry out general maintenance works and operations, undertaking a wide range of routine and cyclical works. To respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours on rotas as required.

Specialist Skills
- To have and be able to apply a wide range of generalist skills
- To understand risk assessments and to assess according to safe systems of work
- To be able to understand and carry out work as set out in a specification
- Generally hold 12 months+ experience
- Potential & interest in obtaining LGV licence
- Undertaken training on: General health & safety awareness / Risk assessment awareness / Traffic Management / Use of PDA as required
- Ability to use small plant and equipment
