Experience in digital performance, ecommerce analytics, business intelligence or commercial analytics.

Strong technical skills using SQL, Python, Databricks and Power BI.

Experience developing dashboards, automated reporting and scalable analytical solutions.

Knowledge of forecasting techniques and predictive analytics.

A strong understanding of digital performance metrics, customer behaviour and online trading.

Experience using AI or advanced analytics to generate business insight.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence through data.

A collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge thinking through evidence and insight.
