Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant/Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. This versatile role combines administrative responsibilities with warehouse support, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of office and storage activities. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and a strong work ethic to contribute to our fast-paced environment. Duties

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain organized records.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace.
Support warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, and logging inventory shipments; prepare items for storage or dispatch as needed.
Coordinate with team members to schedule deliveries, pickups, and internal movements within the warehouse.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse area, ensuring all items are stored securely and systematically.
Support clerical tasks including typing documents, updating databases, and preparing reports to facilitate smooth workflow.

Experience

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and familiarity with administrative procedures.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic data entry software like QuickBooks.
Experience in clerical roles involving phone etiquette, document preparation, and record management.
Knowledge of warehouse operations or inventory management is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
