We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expert Recruitment & Governance Officer to join our team at Premier Medical Group.
To proactively support the management of experts, ensuring the expert panel matches operational and customer demand by volume, geographical area, discipline and quality.
To ensure all expert governance is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
· Carry out expert governance checks in line with company procedures, highlighting any experts whose registrations/accreditations are not up to date to the Expert Panel and Operational Performance Manager .
· Sourcing and on-boarding new experts to fill identified gaps in the expert portfolio, ensuring the expert is trained in relation to Premier Service Level (SVL) expectations, Premier processes and portal usage where applicable.
· Ensure expert training is continually updated in relation to process and system changes.
· Working with the Expert Panel and Operational Performance Manager, identify under-performing experts, create and implement a performance improvement plan with timescales. Remove under-performing experts where necessary.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with experts.
· Identify resource gaps (location and skills) and contribute to solving such issues.
· Complete quality and venue audits when required.
· Upload Orthopaedic clinics in the CRM system.
· Support the operational teams to resolve customer/claimant complaints.
· Support the Clinical Quality Assurance process.

Education and Qualification
Essential
A good standard of literacy, equivalent to grade 4 (or high 5) or GCSE ‘C’
Desirable
· Customer service NVQ or equivalent Level 2
Business administration NVQ or equivalent Level 2
Experience

· Is experienced in handling frequent in-bound and
out-bound calls
Has proven administration skills in an office environment
