Summary

We are seeking a talented Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Loopy Shrew in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in preparing delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and uphold our reputation for quality and service.
Responsibilities

Food preparation and cooking of breakfast dishes to high standards
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations diligently
Foster a positive and efficient kitchen environment
Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
Facilitate smooth kitchen operations during busy service times
Food stock management and ordering as needed
Follow health and safety protocols rigorously
Flexibility to assist with other kitchen duties as required
Qualifications

Normal culinary training or equivalent kitchen experience
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Fast-paced kitchen experience, ideally in a restaurant setting
Flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Food preparation skills specific to breakfast menus
Familiarity with British cuisine is a plus
