Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vacant premises are checked weekly, every Friday. (can be split over 2 days i.e. Thursday & Friday)

Duties

Conduct detailed inspections of vacant premises, spending 10 minutes in each building (running taps for a minimum of 5 minutes, checking premises internal and external areas)
Document inspection results accurately using reporting app (all photos, questions and details completed on the app)
Identify and report defects or non-conformities promptly to relevant departments
Communicate effectively with team members via phone and using the report, provide clear updates and instructions
72 buildings to be checked which equates to 11.5 hours per week

Skills

Proficiency in data entry tasks
Excellent organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently whilst lone working
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

This role is ideal for organised individuals who thrive on accuracy and efficiency, contributing significantly to the quality assurance process within our organisation.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
