Entry-Level Account Executive (360 Sales) – Global Logistics

Location: Langton, Kent (Field-Based, Client-Facing Role)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

We're partnering with a leading international logistics provider that helps SMEs optimise their supply chains through an innovative digital logistics platform. Following continued growth, they're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals eager to develop a rewarding long-term career in sales.
No previous logistics or sales experience is required. If you're driven, motivated, and eager to learn, full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Opportunity This is a true 360 Entry-Level Account Executive role, giving you exposure to the entire sales process from day one. You'll build relationships with business owners, attend face-to-face meetings, and learn how to sell solutions that help businesses reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline their supply chains.
With structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and guidance from experienced sales leaders, you'll gain all the tools needed to become a successful sales professional.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect and engage with SME businesses within your designated territory
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing
Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations
Identify opportunities to help businesses improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Demonstrate and sell a market-leading digital logistics platform
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Develop a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets
