We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate / Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team. This role is a structured fast-track opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in business operations, team leadership, and commercial management.
Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training across all core sectors of our business. You will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, client relations, sales operations, and team coordination. Working directly alongside our senior management team, you will develop the commercial acumen required to progress into a supervisor or operational leadership position.
This role is ideally suited to recent graduates, career changers, or professionals with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales who are looking for clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Sales Support: Act as a brand ambassador, engaging directly with customers to deliver excellent service, answer enquiries, and professionally represent our clients.
- Business Operations: Learn product knowledge, monitor performance targets, and contribute actively to the day-to-day operational growth of the company.
- Leadership Development: Participate in daily structured mentorship sessions, learning team coordination, public speaking, and performance coaching.
- Administration & Reporting: Assist with daily operational administration, maintaining accurate records, and tracking performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients and customers.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, organized, and possesses a strong work ethic with a desire to progress into a leadership role.
- Qualifications: Strong basic numeracy and literacy skills. Proficiency in standard IT tools.
- Experience: While previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or call centres is advantageous, it is not essential. We provide fully funded, comprehensive training from day one.
