Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Accounts Receivable Senior to join our SMB and Enterprise Collections team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring accurate and timely cash application, account reconciliation and query resolution.
Analyse aged debt, cash trends, dispute volumes and AR performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Act as an escalation point for complex customer queries, disputes and reconciliation issues, driving timely and effective resolution.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to proactively resolve issues and improve payment outcomes.
Support achievement of key Accounts Receivable performance metrics, including cash application accuracy, ageing reduction and query resolution targets.
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls and enhance the customer experience.

What you’ll bring

Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Accounts Receivable best practices.
Experience working with large-scale finance systems, ERP platforms or Accounts Receivable technologies.
Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
Experience working within a Shared Services, multinational or high-volume transactional environment.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.

It’s a bonus if you have

Some people management or leadership experience

Experience of payment/banking systems
Commercial awareness
Experience of driving process improvements
