ABOUT OH SIX

OH SIX is a content agency creating social-first content, entertainment and campaigns for some of the biggest brands, teams and talent in the world.

From Formula 1 and Premier League football to global brands and entertainment, we create content designed to make people stop, watch and engage.

Now we're looking for a Social Media Executive to help us do the same for our own brand.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, culturally switched-on Social Media Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day running and growth of OH SIX's social channels across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Working closely with our in-house Content Creator and wider creative team, you'll turn everything happening at OH SIX — shoots, campaigns, behind-the-scenes moments, new work, people and agency life — into engaging social content.

This isn't just a scheduling role. We want someone who understands what makes great social content, spots opportunities, brings ideas to the table and is excited about growing an audience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Manage the day-to-day running of OH SIX's Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn channels.
Work with our in-house creator to develop and deliver a consistent social content calendar.
Identify stories, moments and opportunities from across the agency that can become great social content.
Write engaging captions, posts, hooks and social copy in the OH SIX tone of voice.
Schedule, publish and optimise content across our channels.
Help develop new recurring social formats and content series.
Keep OH SIX culturally relevant by spotting trends, conversations and platform opportunities early.
Engage with our community, clients, creators and wider industry.
Support the promotion of new campaigns, case studies, announcements and agency news.
Monitor performance and use insights to understand what's working — and what we should do more of.
Help grow our followers, reach, engagement and overall presence across each platform.
Bring new ideas. We don't want someone waiting to be told what to post.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll be someone who genuinely lives and understands social media.

You know the difference between content that simply fills a feed and content people actually want to watch, share or talk about.

You'll ideally have:

Experience managing social channels for a brand, agency, publisher or creator.
A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
A good eye for what makes strong visual and video content.
An understanding of trends, formats, hooks and platform culture.
Confidence working alongside creators, designers, editors and producers.
The ability to manage a content calendar and keep multiple pieces of content moving.
An interest in sport, entertainment, brands and internet culture.
A proactive attitude — if there's a great opportunity happening in the agency, you'll be the person asking: "How do we turn this into content?"

Experience with social analytics, scheduling platforms and basic editing/design tools would be a bonus.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

We want OH SIX's social channels to become a destination in their own right — showcasing brilliant work, giving people access behind the scenes and building an audience that wants to see what we make next.

You'll play a key role in growing that audience and helping establish OH SIX as one of the most exciting content agencies to follow in the industry.

If you're constantly saving TikToks, sending Reels to your mates, noticing emerging formats and thinking about how brands could use them better, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
