Are you experienced in successfully supervising a housekeeping team and supporting a Head Housekeeper?

Or perhaps, you are a highly experienced room attendant with exposure to supervising a housekeeping team?

Do you strive for the best and encourage and support your team to do the same?

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team in Bedford. This will be a hybrid role working as a Room Attendant and supervising in the absence of the Deputy or Head Housekeeper. This role is ideal for someone who already has housekeeping experience and looking to develop and gain experience towards the next step in their career.

We are looking for staff who can work full-time hours.

Lime FMS is an outsourcing provider of housekeeping solutions in hotels across the UK. Working with our clients we ensure a seamless partnership to ensure we deliver the quality and standards required to ensure each guest arrives at a welcoming, clean and tidy room.

This role is working at a hotel in Bedford City Centre MK42, it benefits from very good transport links and also offers free parking for staff.

Room Attendant duties:

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards of comfort and hygiene. They make sure every guest walks into a fresh, tidy, and fully stocked room — a key part of the overall guest experience.

Supervisor duties:

Supervising a team of Room Attendants.
Checking over rooms to ensure high standards are adhered to.
Deputising for the Deputy Head Housekeeper/Head Housekeeper during periods of leave/absence.
