Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist (Full Time)
£13.50 per hour + generous tips
Are you passionate about creating exceptional cocktails and delivering memorable guest experiences?
We're looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our growing independent hospitality group. This is far more than just working behind a bar—you'll play a key role across our award-winning venues and help shape exciting new concepts as we continue to grow.
You'll primarily work between our busy restaurant and our speakeasy cocktail bar, while also helping to develop an exciting brand-new cocktail menu for our newer venues, opening soon.
What you'll be doing
- Creating exceptional classic and signature cocktails
- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable and professional table service
- Developing new cocktail menus and seasonal specials
- Working closely with management on drinks innovation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, stock control and presentation
- Helping train and inspire junior team members
- Working across multiple premium venues as required
We're looking for someone who
- Is aged 18 or over
- Has previous cocktail bar experience
- Has excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktail techniques
- Can work confidently during busy services
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a close team
- Wants to grow with an expanding independent business
