A hands-on supervisor with experience
If you have supervisory experience gained in a manufacturing, production industry and would like the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day production warehouse, develop the team and drive operational performance to make a real impact we would love to hear from you. The role combines practical warehouse involvement with team supervision, production planning, quality control and record-keeping. It is fully site-based, with no option for remote or home working.
What you will be doing
As a production supervisor you will have the ability to adopt an efficient hands-on approach, and you will lead and supervise all daily warehouse operations including:
Duties·
. Daily production activities
· Creating and maintaining a strong safety culture across site
· Follow compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation
· Delivering toolbox talks and supervising contractors
· Monitoring and improving plant performance through KPIs
· Maintaining excellent housekeeping and site standards
· Ensure machinery all systems are functioning correctly
· Meet customers
· Identifying opportunities to improve safety quality and productivity
· Training new starters and supporting the continued development of the team
· Reporting production figures concerns and operational updates to management
Skills
· Good operational and production process knowledge
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
· Confident to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Previous experience leading or supervising a team within a production warehouse
· Self-motivated with high attention to detail
· General knowledge of ISO 14001
· Is physically capable of working within an active factory environment
Important Workplace Information
This is a practical, hands-on position based entirely within an industrial production environment in Dunsfold. The role requires regular movement around the production facility and cannot be carried out remotely.
Applicants must be able to travel reliably to the Dunsfold site for every shift.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
