Overview

Join our dynamic retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and become a vital leader in delivering exceptional customer experiences! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will inspire and guide a diverse team, ensure smooth merchandising, and uphold the highest standards of service. Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high performance standards.
Assist in managing inventory levels, merchandising displays, and product placement to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide coaching and training to staff on sales techniques, customer engagement, and organizational procedures.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring positive shopping experiences.
Maintain accurate administrative records including sales reports, staff schedules, and inventory logs.
Promote a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.

Requirements

Proven management or supervisory experience within a retail setting.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to supervise diverse teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Demonstrated skills in sales management, merchandising, and time management.
Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and store presentation.
Previous experience in retail management or related fields is preferred; familiarity with retail software is advantageous.
