Charlie Laboratory Ltd is a UK-based cosmetics manufacturer specialising in skincare, cosmetics and personal care products.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Part-time Production Operatives to support our factory team according to our production schedule.
This is an on-site, flexible part-time role. Work will be offered based on production requirements, such as product filling, packing, labelling and incoming stock deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cosmetic product filling and production line work
- Pack and assemble finished products
- Apply labels and prepare product packaging
- Load, unload and organise incoming goods and materials
- Pack finished products into cartons
- Carry out basic quality checks
- Keep production and working areas clean and organised
- Follow factory hygiene, health & safety and production procedures
- Support other general factory duties when required
Working Arrangement
- Part-time / flexible working arrangement
- Normally 2–3 days per week when production work is available
- Approximately 7 hours per working day
- £13 per hour
- Factory-based work only
- Working days depend on the factory’s production schedule
- We will normally contact you approximately two weeks in advance with available working dates
- You will be asked to confirm your availability before each work schedule is arranged
- Working hours are therefore not guaranteed every week
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Able to follow instructions carefully
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with production-line and repetitive packing work
- Comfortable assisting with loading and unloading goods when required
- Previous factory, warehouse, packing or production experience is preferred but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
