What you’ll be doing

Assess initial deal viability against lending criteria.
Provide indicative terms and structure deals in line with business appetite.
Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and intermediaries.
Manage bridging loan cases from application to completion.
Package deals for credit approval with clear summaries and supporting information.
Act as the main point of contact for brokers/clients throughout the lifecycle.
Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain strong relationships.
About You

What you’ll bring to the team

Essential

Experience in bridging finance, specialist lending, or property finance.
Strong understanding of the bridging loan lifecycle.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Desirable

Experience working with brokers/intermediaries.
Knowledge of property transactions (auctions, refurbishments, development exits).
Familiarity with CRM and case management systems.
Understanding of underwriting principles and risk assessment.

Working hours

Hybrid working 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday. (2-3 days in the office)
