We're looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join our Pre Construction team based in Solihull, West Midlands.

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

We're seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead multiple projects from inception through to contract award, whilst mentoring and supporting another Pre-Construction Managers. You'll be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that exceed client expectations, balancing technical excellence with sustainable business outcomes.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you'll be working within the Pre Construction team, supporting them in winning and delivering outstanding projects across multiple sectors. Your day to day will include:

Managing pre-construction staff and overseeing project delivery from inception to contract award
Leading the design process, cost planning, and estimating to meet client requirements
Engaging with the business development team to identify opportunities and create winning tender submissions
Managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, design teams, and supply chain partners
Identifying risks and opportunities whilst implementing our sustainability strategy to optimise design solutions
