Working closely with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing teams, you'll help define product strategy, prioritise development activities and ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of customers across the transport and logistics sectors.

- Own and evolve key areas of Microlise's telematics and video telematics product portfolio, helping to shape the product roadmap and future direction.
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders and industry experts to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate insights into product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX and Delivery teams to define requirements, prioritise development activity and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support product launches by working with Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to create compelling product messaging and customer communications.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement and commercial success.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products deliver real value to fleet operators and remain competitive within the transport technology market.
- Proven experience in a Product Manager role with responsibility for products throughout their lifecycle.
- Experience working with telematics, video telematics, fleet technology, SaaS or related technology products.
- Understanding of product management methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into clear product priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, technical and business needs.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to support decision-making.
Desirable
- Experience within the transport, logistics, fleet or commercial vehicle sectors.
- Knowledge of telematics technologies including GPS tracking, vehicle data, driver behaviour and camera solutions.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to fleet operations and compliance.
- Experience supporting go-to-market activities and product launches.
- Familiarity with IoT, connected vehicle technologies or cloud-based platforms.
