Responsibilities
- Safely operate the minibus in accordance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
- Transport passengers to designated locations efficiently and punctually
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking mechanical components and safety equipment
- Maintain clear communication with passengers, providing assistance as needed and ensuring a positive experience
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger details as required
- Assist with minor vehicle maintenance tasks when necessary to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
- Valid PSV driver’s license with relevant endorsements for minibus operation
- Proven experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver, preferably with <PERSON> driver experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and perform routine maintenance checks
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Good command of English for effective communication with passengers and team members
- Demonstrated communication skills to handle passenger inquiries professionally
- Ability to follow safety procedures meticulously and work responsibly in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in passenger transportation or minibus driving is highly desirable
