Job Title: Legal Secretary - Private Client

Location: Yeovil - on-site

Working Hours: Part Time 12pm-5.15pm | Monday-Friday

Salary: From £24,750.00 Full time equivalent

We are currently seeking a Part-time Legal Secretary to join our busy Private Client Team in our Yeovil office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team, please note this role is on-site, Monday-Friday.

Providing all-round secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client Team.
Acting as a first point of contact and liaising with clients and addressing basic queries in a professional manner.
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
Producing documents using digital dictation.
Maintaining filing and record systems to ensure efficient organisation.

Requirements

Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
Dedication to serving the best interests of clients.
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential, ideally within Private Client.
Excellent typing skills, including audio transcription.
Proficiency in IT skills.
