Duties

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.
Manage public relations activities related to social media campaigns to enhance organisational reputation.
Organise online events or campaigns to promote organisational initiatives or products.
