Full job description

Looking for staff to start Monday 7th September 2026

Are you fun and energetic? Enjoy working with children in football? We are looking for candidate to become lead coach of a new and quickly growing football coaching company. You will be working alongside another coach to deliver fun and exciting football programmes within primary schools using our inflatable football pitch.

You will be given a work vehicle and fuel card as well as support from us in gaining further qualifications in football and PE.

For the right candidate, you must have FA Level 2 badge in football coaching, experience working with 5 to 11 year old children for at least 2 years, over 21 and had a full driving license for over a year. These candidates are needed to help the company grow into other others such as nurseries, evening programmes etc, as the company grows, so will the pay.

Preferable will also have DBS check, safeguarding and first aid certificates, but these are not essential as can soon go onto a course.

Working hours are a maximum 25 hours a week Monday to Friday, with additional driving hours (35 hours total, either 8.30-3.30 0r 10.30-5.30). Optional work will be available on weekends doing birthday parties, as well as bonuses on hitting targets. Of course as the business grows, more hours will become available and thus an increase in pay as well

Must be fun, out going, punctual and organised. Sessions are based on having fun so lots of enthusiasm is essential
