Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team in West London. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our company's mission to deliver top-tier security solutions. The successful candidate will be based in our office location. Training will be provided however we are looking for someone who has worked as a bookkeeper/accounts assistant before.

Responsibilities

Manage daily admin to ensure efficiency.
Maintain organized records and data entry tasks.
Daily Bookkeeping and credit control
Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks.
Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Hospitality for customers and during events

Key Skills

Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to remain focused and dedicated
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
Professional phone etiquette.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
