Join the family @ Buckfastleigh, we are looking for a welcoming Senior Early Years Practitioner to join the team...

Nanny Bears recruit team members based on values and attitudes, supporting our family to be made up of passionate, positive and like-minded individuals who understand the importance of creating a nurturing environment for our children. Job Summary:

The role consists of 40 hours per week, based in our Buckfastleigh setting. The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction and supported to flourish in an environment which promotes each staff member to be the best version of themselves.

You will have the following experience, skills and attributes -

Have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Childcare.
Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
Ideally previous experience in a similar role
Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family
Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
