About the role
You will report to the Senior Programme Administrator within the Professional Development Unit in the Faculty of Health. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the e-Portfolio project, alongside the academic team delivering the project's outputs for NHS England / the Department of Health and Social Care.
Specific responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Harvesting data on incoming candidates from the NHS England Dashboard.
- Enrolling cohorts onto the Student Records System, processing withdrawals, completions and interruptions
- Providing administrative support to certain examinations
- Monitoring the e-Portfolio inbox and providing accurate and timely responses to enquiries.
- Organising and administering meetings relating to the e-Portfolio project.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2028 due to Business Demand.

The Professional Development Unit operates across the Faculty of Health to support the delivery of flexible Masters and Degree level programmes of study for registered healthcare professionals. The Unit also supports non-academic-credit-bearing work in response to NHS demand, such as the e-Portfolio project.
