As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Bodyshop Prepper and Polisher to join our busy, supportive team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicle bodies prior to refinishing (sanding, filling, shaping)
- Panel preparation and filler repairs to high standards
- Machine polishing, finishing, and removing paint imperfections
- Stripping and refitting basic vehicle components (bumpers, trims, lights, doors)
- Carrying out final quality control checks on completed work
- Assisting with general bodyshop repairs as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working area
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Experience: Proven track record in vehicle prep, filler repair, and machine polishing within a bodyshop environment
- Quality Focus: Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing a top-tier finish
- Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to workshop deadlines
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (required for moving vehicles around site)
Desirable:
- Experience with panel beating, panel straightening, or replacement
- MIG/MAG welding experience
- Plastic/bumper repair skills
- Wider accident damage repair knowledge
