About WGYB

WGYB Support CIC is a growing community organisation supporting people to rebuild their lives through opportunity, accountability and purpose.

Through the Gate Prison Release Support
Recovery Mentoring
Prison Enterprise Academy
Food Bank
Clothing Bank
Family & Community Support

As our organisation grows, we're looking for a Volunteer Administration Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

You'll provide administrative support across our services, helping our team stay organised so we can continue making a positive impact within our community.

Responsibilities

General administration and office support.
Responding to emails and basic enquiries.
Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Organising documents and digital files.
Supporting referrals, appointments and service coordination.
Assisting with volunteer and client administration.
Helping with the day-to-day running of WGYB.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Organised and reliable.
Friendly and approachable.
Confident using email and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about supporting people and giving back to the community.

No previous charity experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
