The Role

As a Nursery Apprentice, you’ll play an important role in supporting the care and development of our children while gaining valuable experience and qualifications in early childhood education.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting senior nursery practitioners in planning and delivering fun, engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs
Helping children with daily routines including play, mealtimes, and rest periods
Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children
Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Observing and recording children’s progress, behaviours, and interests
Assisting with outings, events, and nursery activities
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
