Full job description

A very rare opportunity has arisen due to retirement, and we are looking for a mature, experienced sales advisor to join our established, family-owned and run business.

As a family-owned and run company, we genuinely cherish every customer, no matter how big or small the job. We pride ourselves on providing a personal, professional service, combined with expert knowledge, quality products, and sound advice from the initial enquiry right through to completion.

All calls are by appointment only—we do not cold call or have any hard sales on the day.

We are looking for an experienced Salesperson, ex surveyor or installer looking for a more sales office showroom-based role who can represent our company with the same values and commitment to customer service that we have built our reputation on.

The successful candidate must:

Have a proven track record within the double-glazing/home improvement industry
Have full product knowledge of the double-glazing industry
Be experienced in all aspects of PVCu and Aluminium windows and doors
Have knowledge of conservatories and orangeries
Be computer literate and confident using computer-based sales and quotation systems
Be CRM compliant and experienced in completing the necessary paperwork and documentation
Be articulate, professional and of smart appearance
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be confident in providing customers with honest, knowledgeable and professional advice
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Take pride in representing an established, reputable family business

A company van will be provided for the right candidate.
