LMD Training are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced C1 Driver Trainer to join our team. This is a casual position, working alongside our sister company, FSNE Medical, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality C1 driver training and also Ambulance driver training and driver assessments to ensure staff are competent, confident, and safe to operate company vehicles
Key Responsibilities
Carry out driver assessments for staff operating company vehicles.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help drivers maintain safe driving standards.
Ensure all training and assessments are conducted in line with current legislation and best practice.
Deliver C1 driver training to a high professional standard.
Deliver driver training to B class drivers.
Maintain accurate training records and associated documentation.
Essential Requirements To be considered for this role
Hold a valid C1 driving licence.
Hold the relevant Driver Instructor qualification required to deliver C1 driver training and driver training.
Have experience delivering driver training.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of driver safety.
Prefered but not essential
Experience delivering driver training for the Police, Fire and Rescue Service, or Ambulance Service.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
