Due to sustained growth, we are currently seeking Topographical / Land Surveyors, with a varying level of experience to primarily carry out land surveys on a range of prestigious projects.
There are also frequent opportunities to undertake 3D laser scanning projects and produce detailed CAD drawings. In addition to this, there is an occasional requirement to carry out MBS, monitoring and other typical land survey tasks.
The roles are based in South Yorkshire and will involve carrying out a diverse range of interesting projects both locally and across the UK. Our services are operational across many different industry sectors including Heritage, Industrial, Architectural, Construction, Petrochemical, Power, Utilities, and more.

Responsibilities:
· Work as part of a small surveying team when on-site.
· Oversee technical aspects of projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
· Carry out topographical / land surveys on-site & in line with industry / company guidelines.
· Check all data collected on site using software tools such as N4CE & AutoCAD.
· Draft & develop CAD drawings to a finished standard.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
· Possess an industry relevant qualification
· Varying years of topographical / land survey experience.
· Excellent understanding of surveying and post-processing.
· Knowledge of Faro/Leica 3D laser scanners and Trimble robotic total stations is useful but not essential.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD and N4ce survey software would also be beneficial.
· Flexible, Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
· Willingness to learn new skills.
· A meticulous nature and acute attention to detail.
· Ability to interact positively with both senior and junior staff.
· Dedicated, committed and positive attitude.
· Full, Clean driving licence is required.
