Full job description

We are a corporate events production company looking to recruit an experienced, organised, and focused Accounts Administrator with a good working knowledge of Xero to join our team.

Main duties would include…

- Bank reconciliation
- Regular debtors and creditors reports
- Credit control and invoicing
- Chasing overdue invoices and customer statements
- Customer and supplier payment allocation
- Processing staff expenses
- Sales and purchase ledgers
- Payroll (if experienced)
- General administration and answering the telephone

Experience / Qualities required would include…

- Experience in a similar role and ideally a small company environment
- Highly organised with good numeracy and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills and a quick learner
- Ability to use own initiative and work to deadlines
- Flexible team player
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience (required)

Other duties…

When we have a number of shows on you may be left to work on your own in the office answering the phones and carrying out general administration duties where necessary to include:

· Welcoming guests to the company

· Taking deliveries, checking and signing for them

· Answering calls from clients or suppliers and passing on acurate messages.

Dog friendly...

The owners dogs are often in the office and are looked after by the admin team when everyone is out on shows (during office hours).
