Full job description

Due to continued growth and launching of our new brand, Craft Market, we need more enthusiastic, organised and positive people to join us in our growing team of Customer Support Specialists. This role is a full-time, in-office role (Mon - Fri, 9.00 - 5.30).

We are a team that likes to get things done and it can be very busy, so you will also sometimes help in the warehouse.

What does the role consist of?

Day to day, you will speak to customers on the phone, by email, live chat, via social media channels and sometimes face to face. The daily tasks include:
Dealing with customer enquiries and queries
Investigating problems and finding solutions
Reviewing trade account applications
Calling customers regarding stock discrepancies and suggesting alternatives
Checking customer deliveries and dealing with our couriers
Monitoring industry Facebook groups for industry news and queries we can assist with
Dealing with returns
Raising invoices
Helping in the warehouse when needed
Helping with social media content creation
Speaking with suppliers regarding product due dates, order due dates, stock queries etc
Assisting the team with the day to day running of the business ie cleaning, research etc
Whatever else is required!

What sort of person will you be?

If you can answer yes to the following questions, you may be just what we are looking for:

Can you work well under pressure? Seriously, you will have to.
Are you able to communicate within a small team?
Are you confident speaking to customers and suppliers?
Do you have great grammar skills?
Are you flexible enough to help out wherever needed?
Are you a keen learner?
Are you organised and like everything around you to be organised

What qualifications and experience will I need?

6 GCSEs at grade C / 5 or above (or equivalent)
Customer service experience
Experience working in a team
The most important qualification is that you are enthusiastic about what you do.
