As we continue to expand fast, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Repair Technician to join our team.
About the Role
As a TechHouse / iCrack Phone Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering expert device repairs and an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with the Front of House team and Store Manager, you’ll ensure every repair is completed efficiently, accurately and to the highest professional standard.
From screen replacements and battery repairs to diagnostics and fault finding, you’ll use your technical expertise to restore devices quickly and reliably while keeping customers informed and confident throughout the repair process.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, technically skilled, passionate about technology repairs, Network Airtime, and Insurance/Warranty products. We’re looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates confidently with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and IOT devices to a high standard
- Carry out screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, and device diagnostics
- Deliver fast, efficient, and professional customer service at all times
- Support and assist customers in-store when required
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process through clear communication with the Front of House team
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Follow all repair procedures, quality standards, and Health & Safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and individually to drive sales in all services including Network Airtime and Insurance/Warranty to achieve store targets and customer satisfaction
- Support the Store manager and team with day-to-day technical operations during trading hours
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical repairs
- Experience repairing Apple, Samsung, iPads, Laptops and MacBooks
- Level 2 repair experience essential
- Level 3 repair experience desirable
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Advocate and help the team drive sales in Network Airtime and Insurance/Warranty products
- Excellent attention to detail when handling devices and components
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Genuine passion for mobile, laptops, IOT technology and repairs
- knowledge and experience in sales of Network Airtime and Insurance/warranty products
