Business Analyst – Billing Transformation Programme
We are currently delivering a major Billing Transformation Programme at DP World, introducing a new enterprise billing platform to replace our existing system. Alongside this transformation, we must continue to support and maintain our current platform, ensuring continuity and accuracy while carefully managing complex and business-critical data, processes, and structures. This creates a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme, helping to protect and evolve our billing capability while transitioning to a modern, future-ready solution.
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Analyst to join DP World and play a key role in shaping and delivering the Billing Transformation Programme. This role sits at the centre of business and technology alignment, ensuring that billing requirements, processes, and system behaviours are clearly defined, understood, and successfully delivered.
You’ll work closely with the Billing Product Owner, Project Manager, Integration Lead, IT teams, and business stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Operations. The role is both analytical and collaborative, requiring you to translate complex billing rules and operational processes into structured requirements and documentation that support system design, testing, and implementation.
This position is ideal for a Business Analyst who thrives in transformation programmes, enjoys working across complex process, data, and system landscapes, and is comfortable bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
