What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Detailer to join our used car operations team. This position is on-site will be responsible for executing a world-class customer experience by giving a new life to our used cars. To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic, highly organized, and smart working. You should have a passion for the brand and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Perform vehicle detailing on the entire range of vehicles at Tesla
Utilize vehicle detailing techniques like wet sand, polish, buffing, wax, etc.
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to effectively complete the work
Maintain job equipment through regular inspections, adjustments and certifications if necessary
Perform administrative tasks involved in detailing, Paintless Dent Repairs (PDRs), minor rectifications and as needed otherwise
Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including moving vehicles when necessary
Collaborate with your direct team, management, and wider teams (like delivery and service) –always going above and beyond to deliver a world class experience

What You'll Bring

Experienced in vehicle detailing
Experiences with performing paintless dent repairs (preferred but not required)
Prior knowledge of detailing (and workshop) tools
Eager to learn and grow as needed in the function
Team player – willing to support others and work toward a common goal
Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and organize workload
Valid UK driver’s license for 2+ years
Eligible to work in the UK
