We are looking for experienced Fire Stoppers to join our team working on commercial, residential, education and healthcare projects across Southampton.
The role involves carrying out all aspects of passive fire protection works to a high standard and in line with current fire safety regulations.
Duties Include:
- Batt & mastic installations
- Fire sealing service penetrations
- Fitting fire collars, wraps & pillows
- Fire boarding and compartmentation
- Working from drawings and site plans
- Completing photo and digital reports
- Following site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection / Fire Stopping (Essential)
- UK Right to Work
- FIRAS / BM TRADA experience
- IPAF or PASMA
- Previous fire stopping experience
- Valid CSCS Card
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Asbestos Awareness
- SSSTS / SMSTS
