Work Location: Totton Hub, Totton (Hybrid Working)

Hours per week: 37

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Joining the Transfer of Care Hub team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide excellent administrative support and assist with the delivery of essential hospital discharge services.

What you’ll do:

Manage the Transfer of Care Hub inbox.
Track referrals via our SharePoint list, add updates during meetings and undertake regular quality assurance.
Process referrals to ensure timely case allocation.
Run reports and transfer data between our different trackers.
Support communication between members of the multidisciplinary team.

What we’re looking for:

Previous administrative experience.
Good general IT skills, and willing to develop these further.
Ability to manage sensitive personal information.
Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
Resilient and adaptable to changing demands.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a customer-focused approach.
