Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Investment Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of guiding clients through the exciting journey of property investment. Your enthusiasm, expert knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will help clients identify lucrative investment opportunities, understand market trends, and make confident decisions.

We predominantly sell Co-Living Investment opportunities to clients, then develop the opportunities and manage them in-house.

This role is heavily based on sales, closing clients and finding great opportunities and properties that can be converted to HMOs and Co-Living projects across the UK.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in real estate and investment advisory while making a tangible impact on clients’ financial futures. Your Salary has a base level, then is heavily structured with commissions with no cap, just your ability to onboard clients and sell investment opportunities.

Duties

To find and sell HMO investment opportunities to clients.
To build relationships with investors and potential clients. We have a large database of investors and potential investors.
Assist clients in identifying suitable property investment opportunities aligned with their financial goals and risk appetite
Conduct thorough market research to analyse property values, rental yields, and growth potential in various locations
Provide detailed investment analysis, including financial projections and risk assessments
Support clients throughout the entire investment process from initial consultation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth experience
Maintain organised records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details for seamless follow-up
Communicate complex market data clearly and effectively to clients, adapting messaging for diverse audiences
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as real estate agents, legal advisors, and financial planners to facilitate transactions

Skills

Experience in a similar role would be very advantageous.
Sales experience with investment products advantageous.
Proven administrative experience to manage client files, schedules, and documentation efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate investment strategies clearly and persuasively
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse client base across different regions
Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines consistently
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial information accurately
Customer-focused attitude with enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their property investment goals
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
