SpaOptions is a premium beauty and aesthetics clinic located in the heart of Southend-on-Sea, dedicated to delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding client care in a luxurious, welcoming, and professional environment.
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist with strong nail skills or a Nail Technician with a solid beauty therapy background to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of beauty and nail treatments.
- Perform waxing treatments confidently, including female Hollywood waxing.
- Carry out manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB and acrylic nail services.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Recommend and upsell suitable treatments and retail products.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the clinic.
- Handle client enquiries and bookings professionally.
- Work collaboratively as part of the SpaOptions team.
- Keep up to date with current beauty trends, techniques and products.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's salon experience.
- Qualified in Beauty Therapy Level 2 & Level 3.
- Nail qualification with experience in gel, BIAB and acrylic nails
Confident in beauty treatments including:
- Waxing (including female Hollywood waxing)
- Facials
- Eyebrow and eyelash treatments
- Manicures and pedicures
- Gel polish
- BIAB
- Acrylic nails
- Eyelash Extensions
- Eyebrow Lamination
- Comfortable treating both male and female clients (excluding Hollywood waxing, which is female clients only).
- Friendly, professional and reliable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well presented with a positive attitude.
- Non-smoker preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Working Hours
Part-time
- 3 days per week (For a Start)
- 9:15am – 6:00pm
- Weekend availability required
Desirable Skills
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage even though (training will be provided):
- Laser Hair Removal
- HydraFacial
- Body Contouring
- Microneedling
- Powersculpt
- Advanced facial treatments
