About Us

Digitex Technologies is a growing digital agency serving SMBs across the UK. We deliver digital marketing, custom web development, bespoke CRM solutions, and e-commerce websites helping businesses scale through smart, tailored technology.

We're now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our London office (RM10 8QR ) and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the front line of our growth identifying new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and converting leads into long-term clients. You'll work closely with the directors and have real ownership over your patch.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, emails, and referrals
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead to close
Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients across the UK
Pitch our full service range: SEO, web development, CRM, and e-commerce
Prepare proposals, quotes, and tender responses
Work with our delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Upsell and cross-sell into existing accounts where opportunities arise
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with key clients
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
focus on securing both new and returning clients

What We're Looking For:

3–5 years of B2B sales / business development experience, ideally in digital, tech, or agency environments
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and winning new business
Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
Strong commercial awareness comfortable discussing pricing, scope, and ROI
Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline without hand-holding
Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured approach to sales
Right to work in the UK

What We Offer

£30,000–£35,000 base salary + Commission
Uncapped commission structure
Full-time permanent role, 4 days in office in East London, 1 day WFH
