Legal Administrator – Operations Department
Liverpool City Centre – Office Based
Salary: £25,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Due to continued business expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent position within our Operations Department.
We are seeking an experienced Office / Legal Administrator whose primary responsibility will be liaising with clients and third parties to arrange telephone appointments and manage diaries effectively. Candidates must be confident, assertive and professional on the telephone, with the ability to take control of conversations where clients may not always be cooperative.
The role will also involve a variety of daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
· Setting up files on our Proclaim case management system
· Reviewing and responding to incoming correspondence
· Liaising with qualified translators and interpreters
· Managing calendars and appointments
· Supporting the wider operations team with administrative duties
· The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent IT skills
· Professional and confident telephone manner
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Minimum 1 year administration experience
· Minimum 1 year customer service experience
· Bachelor’s degree required
Desirable Skills & Experience:
· Experience using the Proclaim case management system
· Previous experience working within a first response team or department
· Bilingual candidates are welcomed
· Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
