Overview
We are brand new studio seeking a passionate, energetic and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading/teaching classes, with an understanding of human anatomy to effectively guide clients through tailored Pilates sessions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to inspire clients on their journey while fostering a supportive and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging, energetic and customised Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure correct posture and movement during sessions.
Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to promote improvement.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment.
Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry developments to enhance instructional quality.
Foster a positive atmosphere that motivates clients and encourages regular attendance.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, with a focus on Pilates preferred.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates movements and injury prevention.
Certification in Pilates instruction recognised by relevant professional bodies (Mat and Reformer)
Enthusiasm for promoting health, wellness, and fitness within the community.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
A professional attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
