Kronia® is hiring an IT Support / Service Desk Analyst (Tier 1–2) to join a growing IT Operations team supporting modern enterprise environments across London & Brighton (On-site).

We're looking for someone who:✔ Has 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar roles.
✔ Enjoys solving technical problems and helping end users.
✔ Has strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
✔ Wants to grow into more advanced IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Endpoint Management roles.

Tech Stack

Windows & macOS
Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar)
Jamf Pro
Microsoft Intune
MDM & Endpoint Management
Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA)
Networking Fundamentals & VPN
Zendesk
PowerShell or Bash (nice to have)
