About the Role

Traditional Pools Ltd is seeking a Trainee Pool Service Engineer to join its growing team. Specialising in the design, construction, maintenance, and servicing of high-quality residential and commercial swimming pools, the company is looking for a motivated individual who is keen to develop a long-term career within the pool industry.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with practical skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise professionally with clients, property managers, and housekeeping staff.
Carry out routine servicing of indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Inspect and monitor the operation of pool plant equipment and filtration systems.
Conduct water testing and maintain water quality standards.
Perform minor maintenance, repair, and plumbing tasks.
Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures for outdoor pools.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Deliver excellent customer service

Essential Skills and Requirements

Full clean UK driving licence.
Strong communication skills.
Well-presented and professional manner.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated.
Practical approach with a willingness to learn new skills.
