We're growing fast and looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Website Designer to join our operations team. If you’re passionate about digital design, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of working in the AI space – we’d love to hear from you!

Role Overview

As a Junior Website Designer, you’ll help create visually appealing and user-friendly PWA platforms for our clients using our bespoke self-serve web platform. You’ll work with our in-house team to design web pages, create digital assets, and support clients in showcasing their content in the best possible way. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in digital design while working with cutting-edge AI technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and build PWA platforms using our in-house self-serve platform
Create design elements such as banners, icons, and graphics as well as building forms and using our AI tools
Help ensure our clients sites are responsive, accessible, and on-brand
Work with the team to understand client needs and translate them into engaging designs using the correct tools available to you
Learn and apply UX/UI best practices in real-world projects
Support clients and team members with updates and basic troubleshooting
Stay up to date with digital design trends and tools

What We’re Looking For

A genuine interest in web and digital design
Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
Some understanding of responsive design and accessibility
Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Friendly, proactive, and a team player
An interest in AI and emerging technology is a bonus (but not essential!)
