Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Self Employed Cleaner to provide professional cleaning services across various commercial and residential properties. This role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial work, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

You will visit clients in their own homes or visit commercial premises, it is essential you have access to your own transport due to covering clients in Sleaford and surrounding areas.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, retail spaces, and other business environments
Carry out general janitorial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned areas
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
Manage your own appointments and ensure timely completion of each job
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements
Keep accurate records of completed work and any supplies used

Experience

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
Familiarity with a variety of cleaning techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and client expectations
