About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for the sale of affordable home ownership initiatives including shared ownership, shared ownership after sales, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, as well as other housing sales such as disposals and acquisitions.
You’ll play a key part in helping customers navigate the home buying journey, working closely with internal teams, solicitors, mortgage advisors and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive experience. What you'll do:

Support customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion

Carry out viewings and undertake financial assessments

Lead on marketing strategies for developments and resales

Manage multiple cases at different stages, ensuring deadlines are met

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Get involved in new initiatives and support continuous service improvement
